Violet has a high bilirubin count, and now she has a new bili-bed to try to get rid of the jaundice. We can only take her out for feedings and diaper changes! How sad is that!!! It breaks my heart not to be able to pick her up and soothe her when she needs her mommy. She has another bilirubin count on Monday. We hope it's low enough to loose the UV bed.

Ditto that! She looks like she loves it!!! So cute! Of course being the 5th child she had to go and be different already and get her special UV bed!
Price had to do this also. His bed was more like what you see people sun tanning in. I hope she doesn't have to use it too long. It was hard for me not to hold me also.
Maegan- I hope that this can be finished soon! My 3rd had a BiliBed (like where you tan) and had to have eye covers taped to her little head while she was in it - we just hated it, it broke my heart. Hope those levels come down soon for you!
Congratulations Meag!! We are so excited for you guys! What a cutie! Natalie had a high bili count also...one night in a tanning bed was awefull with a colicky baby...she kept ripping off the goggles and I had to stand over her holding her hand...glad you are able to be at home with her though...enjoy!!
